What information do you need to make a booking?

We need the following: full name, phone number, email address, a postal address and payment details. Upon arrival, all guests aged 14 and over must present a valid ID document (national ID, passport, NIE, TIE or EU driving licence) as required by Royal Decree 933/2021. Each guest must show their own document — not just the booking holder.
