I'll arrive after 21:00. Can my travel companion check in for us?

Yes. First complete online check-in using the Chekin link we send you, and scan the ID documents of all guests there. Then your companion must arrive at the hostel before 21:00, give the name on the booking and show one of the documents registered during online check-in. We'll give them the keys to the building, the hostel and the room, and you'll be able to come and go whenever you like, including at night. We don't accept documents sent by WhatsApp or email: registration is done through online check-in or in person. If no one in your group can arrive before 21:00, we won't be able to check you in.
