I entered my arrival time on Booking.com. Do I need to wait for you to confirm it?

No. When you choose an arrival time slot on Booking.com, we receive an automatic message like “I'd like to request check-in at 18:00 - 19:00. Is this ok?” If the slot is between 14:00 and 21:00, there's no need to confirm it: you can arrive at any time within those hours. If it starts before 14:00, you can leave your luggage and pick up the keys once the room is ready, with no guarantee that this will be before 14:00. If it's after 21:00, we won't be able to receive you: arrival hours are not flexible. If you're running late, let us know, but bear in mind that we close at 21:00 regardless. If you know you won't make it in time, contact us as soon as possible to see what options your booking has.
