Can I change the dates of my booking?

It depends on the rate. With a flexible rate you can change the dates, or cancel free of charge and make a new booking, up to 48 hours before arrival. Non-refundable rates don't usually allow changes. If you booked on Booking.com, make the change in the Booking.com app or website: if there's availability, it's accepted automatically. We can't request the change on your behalf from the hostel, so if you have problems with the app, contact Booking.com customer service. If you booked on our website, use the link in your confirmation email or write to us.
