A step-by-step guide for getting to the hostel and preparing the documents required by law.
Before you arrive
Make sure you can arrive at the hostel before 20:50. The hostel closes after that time.
Register with Chekin: you will receive a link to register on Chekin, where you can take a photo of your identity document (ID card, passport, etc.) and send all the details we need. We require information for all guests under Royal Decree 933/2021.
Your room will be ready at 14:00. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage until then.
Online check-in with Chekin — faster arrival
Completing online check-in before you arrive makes the reception process much quicker. We really appreciate it!
The door is usually open — push it. If it's locked, ring the third floor on the right-hand panel, or call us directly.

Go to the third floor
You can use either of the 2 lifts or take the stairs.

Find us
We're right here. Press the doorbell and we'll attend you. If no one appears after two minutes, call our phone number. Note: use standard calls — WhatsApp or VoIP calls are not monitored.
At reception
Staff will check your reservation. You can pay for any extras (extra beds, cots, additional days, etc.). All guest IDs will be checked — if you completed online check-in via Chekin, this will be much faster. Staff will also explain how to use the keys to access the hostel at any time. If you need a hair dryer or iron, this is the time to request it.
In your room
You will find instructions on how to connect to WiFi, the departure time, and house rules: smoking is strictly forbidden (fines of up to €1,000 for cleaning may be applied), as is making fire or noise at night.
Check-out
Leave your keys in the mailbox you will find in the corridor before the lifts. Please leave the room by 11:00 so the cleaning team has enough time to prepare the rooms for the next guests. We can also store your luggage during the day of departure (except Sundays) — contact us and we'll arrange it.
