Check-in is from 14:00 to 21:00. If your room is already free because the previous guest has left, we can give you the keys earlier, even if it hasn't been cleaned yet, but never before they've left. We can't guarantee or confirm this in advance, and we can't let each guest know when their room becomes free. What you can do is drop by the hostel from 09:00 (except Sundays) to leave your luggage with us and register straight away, either with online check-in or by showing the ID card or passport of each guest. That way, if the room isn't ready, you only need to come back later to pick up the keys. It's the best option if you're coming for a wedding or an event, or want to explore the city in the morning.
